SAFETY IMPLEMENTATION

PLANT   (basic)       Site Management has to insure that a high level safe observation is established to develop high level safe awareness and individual safe behavior, paper job / task safe work and or operation instruction (S) is produced, and provide per assignment safe job orientation : coaching, training, and keep high levels of safe performance at site at all times.               

DO                  Site Safety Management has to insure that an excellent vertical – horizontal interpersonal communications is established and implemented to support the safety management plants and continusly improve through professional management approach and focused on prevention of injury to human and damage to properties. 

CHECK         Site Safety Management has to insure that a daily, weekly and monthly control and monitoring is properly planned and implemented; company regulation on evaluation is reviewed. 

ACTION       Appraisal: reward and recognition to best performers, penalties and disciplinary action to non conforming subjects.
